What Are Store Coupons?

Store Coupons are discount codes customers can apply at checkout. Each coupon has a name, code, discount type (percentage or fixed amount), date range, and optional product limits.

Where You Manage Them

Coupons are managed at Marketing → Store → Coupons, or via the Coupons card in the Store Management Hub.

How to Get There

1. Click Marketing → Store.
2. Click the Coupons card in the Store Management Hub (shows active count, e.g. “1 Active”).

The Coupons page may also be reachable via the Cart Products page (Coupon tab) for product-specific coupons. The hub card opens the main store coupons list.

List Page

The coupons table shows:

• Coupon Name – Display name
• Count Product Use – Product usage count (e.g. X / Y)
• Uses Total – Total uses
• Code – Coupon code
• Discount – Percentage or fixed amount
• Date Start – Start date
• Date End – End date
• Status – Enabled or Disabled
• Actions – Edit, Delete

Adding a Coupon

1. Click Add New.
2. Fill in the coupon form: name, code, discount type and value, date range, product limits.
3. Click Save or Save & Close.

Row Actions

From the list:

• Edit – Open the coupon form
• Delete – Remove the coupon (confirmation required)

Saving

On the coupon form, use Save to stay on the form, or Save & Close to return to the list.
