What Are Cart Products?
Cart Products are the items you sell in your store when it is in Cart mode. Each product has a name, price, category, images, and optional downloadable files. You manage them from the Cart Products list and product form.
Where You Manage Them
Products are listed at Marketing → Store → Cart Products (or via the Total Products card in the Store Management Hub).
How to Get There
- Click Marketing → Store.
- Click Cart Products in the Store nav bar (or the Total Products card in the hub).
Page Tabs
The Cart Products page has five tabs:
- Products – Main product list
- Coupon – Product coupons
- Forms – Product forms
- Forms Coupon – Form coupons
- Review – Product reviews
Products Tab – Filter Bar
At the top of the Products tab:
- All Product / Products Pending Review – Toggle between all products and those awaiting review
- Category – Filter by store category
- Vendor – Filter by vendor
- Manage Bulk Products – Bulk import/update
- Add Product – Create a new product
- Delete Products – Bulk delete (appears when products are selected)
List Page
The table shows all products with columns such as image, name, category, price, status, and row actions. Use the filters to narrow results.
Creating a Product
- Click Add Product.
- Fill in the product form: name, description, price, category, images.
- For downloadable products, add files in the appropriate section.
- Click Save to stay on the form, or Save & Close to return to the list.
Key Dependencies
You must create at least one Store Category before adding products. Products require a category. Go to Marketing → Store → Categories first if you have none.
Row Actions
From the list, each row typically offers:
- Edit – Open the product form
- Duplicate – Copy the product
- Delete – Remove the product
Saving
On the product form, use Save to keep editing, or Save & Close to save and go back to the list.
