What Is the Store Dashboard?
The Store Dashboard is your central hub for managing the AffiliatePro store. It shows key metrics (Total Balance, Total Sales, Clicks & Commission, Pending Orders), the Store Management Hub with 12 shortcut cards, a Sales Funnels banner, Sales Analytics chart, Clients World Map, Supported Payment Gateways, and a Recent Orders table.
Where You Find It
The Store Dashboard is the main page when you open the Store section. It displays the Overview tab content by default.
How to Get There
- In the admin top navigation, click the Marketing dropdown.
- Click Store.
- The Store Dashboard opens with the Overview tab selected.
Store Navigation Bar (Tabs)
Below the Store header, a blue navigation bar lets you switch between these tabs:
- Overview – Store Dashboard (this page)
- Cart Products – Product list and add/edit
- Sales Products – Product campaigns
- Orders – Order list and management
- Categories – Store categories
- Clients – Customers and guests
- Store Analytics – Sales and performance
- Settings – Store configuration
- Sales Funnels – Manage sales funnels
- Funnel Pricing – Set funnel prices
On the far right of the nav bar, Open the store page opens your live store in a new tab.
KPI Cards (Top Row)
Four cards show:
- Total Balance – All-time balance
- Total Sales – Revenue
- Clicks & Commission – Clicks and earnings
- Pending Orders – Orders needing attention (links to Orders)
Store Management Hub
The hub is a grid of 12 shortcut cards. Each card links to a key area:
- Settings – General & display
- Theme Pages – Design & layout
- Shipping & Tax – Shipping and tax totals
- Payment Setup – Payment gateways count
- Total Products – Items count
- Orders – Total orders
- Categories – Total categories
- Coupons – Active coupons
- Clients & Guests – Registered / guest counts
- Vendor Requests – Reviews
- Total Forms – Forms count
- Store Analytics – Reports
Sales Funnels Banner
Below the hub, a purple banner explains Sales Funnels and provides two buttons: Manage Sales Funnels and Funnel Pricing.
Charts Section
Two charts appear below the Sales Funnels banner:
- Sales Analytics – Line chart with year selector and Refresh button
- Clients World Map – Geographic distribution of clients
Supported Payment Gateways
A card lists available payment gateways (PayPal, Stripe, Razorpay, etc.) with a Configure button linking to Payment Setup.
Recent Orders
A table shows recent orders with columns: Order ID, Amount, Status, Payment Method, Customer IP, Transaction ID, Date, and Actions. Use Refresh or View All Orders to manage them.
