Invite People to Become Your Affiliates (Vendor Invite Link & Share Sales)

What This Feature Does

As a vendor you have your own personal invite link on your Dashboard. Anyone who signs up through that link is recorded as your referred affiliate (you become their sponsor from the moment they register).

You also have a Share Sales Setting that controls who is allowed to promote your products. It has three options: Disable From All, All Affiliates, and My Affiliates.

Used together, these two tools answer the common vendor question: “Can I give people a URL that signs them up as an affiliate directly for me, instead of sending them to the generic platform signup?” — yes, you can.

Prerequisite: The invite link is shown in the Vendor Dashboard only when the MLM referral system is enabled by the Admin (Admin → Marketing → MLM — status not set to Disabled). If MLM is turned off, the “Invite People to Become Affiliates” link row will not appear in your dashboard. Your account must also have Vendor Status (see How to Make Someone a Vendor).

Step 1 — Copy Your Personal Invite Link

  1. Log in to your user panel.
  2. Open the Dashboard.
  3. Scroll down to the card with the yellow header that shows your Affiliate Name and your ID number (link icon).
  4. Inside that card, find the row labeled Invite People to Become Affiliates (red icon). The URL is pre-filled for you.
  5. Use the buttons next to the link:
    • Copy — copies the link to your clipboard.
    • Generate QR Code — creates a QR code for printed materials or offline sharing.
    • Open link — opens the signup page in a new tab so you can preview what your invitees will see.
    • Customize — replaces the default ending with a friendlier slug of your choice.
    • Share — opens the quick social-share options.

This URL is unique to you. Every person who registers through it has their sponsor field set to your account automatically — no manual search, no vendor-directory browsing.

For a branded URL, click Customize on the link row and set your own slug (for example /register/your-brand).

Step 2 — Choose Who Can Sell Your Products (Share Sales Setting)

This setting decides which affiliates are allowed to promote your products.

  1. In the user panel, go to Setting (in the vendor sidebar / top navigation — icon is a cog).
  2. On the settings page, switch to the Share Sales Setting tab (next to Wallet settings).
  3. Under Who can sell my products? pick one of the three options (see the table below).
  4. Click Save settings.
Option What it actually does Typical use
Disable From All Your products and campaigns are hidden from every affiliate on the platform. Nobody can generate new tracking links for you. Pausing your program temporarily.
All Affiliates Every affiliate on the platform can see your program in Banners & Links and promote your products. Maximum reach — open marketplace model.
My Affiliates Only affiliates who registered through your invite link can see and promote your products. Affiliates who came from other sources (or from another vendor’s link) will not see your campaigns at all. Private program — you recruit, you earn.

If you select Disable From All, a yellow notification bar appears at the top of your panel reminding you that your campaigns are not visible. The Click here link in that bar jumps straight back to the Share Sales Setting page.

How the Private Setup Works End-to-End

  1. You set Share Sales Setting to My Affiliates.
  2. You share your personal invite link (from the Dashboard) on your website, email, socials, or as a QR code.
  3. A visitor clicks the link and lands on the standard registration page. They fill in the form and create their affiliate account.
  4. The system records your user ID as that affiliate’s sponsor automatically.
  5. When the affiliate logs in and opens Banners & Links, your campaigns are available to them. Other private vendors (who are also in “My Affiliates” mode and did not recruit this affiliate) are hidden.
  6. Every click and sale through their tracking link is credited to their wallet, and your commission rules apply automatically.

Important: What Your Affiliates Will And Will Not See

It is important to understand exactly what the “My Affiliates” mode protects and what it doesn’t. Every affiliate on the platform sees a filtered catalogue, built like this:

  • Your vendor account (mode My Affiliates) — visible to them, because you recruited them.
  • Any other vendor in All Affiliates mode — still visible to them. The “My Affiliates” setting on your side does not hide vendors who have opted to be open.
  • Any other vendor in My Affiliates mode who did not recruit this affiliate — hidden.
  • Any vendor in Disable From All mode — hidden from everyone.

So “My Affiliates” protects your products from being promoted by people you did not bring in. It does not remove competitor vendors from your own affiliates’ panel — a competitor who uses “All Affiliates” will still show up for them. If you want to run a completely closed recruitment channel, your best setup is: use My Affiliates mode + share only your personal invite link, and accept that affiliates you recruit can still see campaigns from any open competitor.

You can switch between the three options at any time. Affiliates who registered while you were in All Affiliates remain tied to whoever recruited them (or to nobody) — their sponsor field is set at the moment of signup and does not change when you change the setting.

Frequently Asked

Can a vendor invite people to register directly as their own affiliate?
Yes. Copy your invite link from the Dashboard and share it. Anyone who signs up through it is auto-attached to you as their sponsor, without having to search for your vendor name.

Can I make my program private, so that only my invited people can sell my products?
Yes. Set Share Sales Setting to My Affiliates. From that moment on, only affiliates who registered through your invite link can see and promote your products.

Will setting “My Affiliates” hide competitor vendors from my affiliates?
Only partly. It hides competitors who are also in “My Affiliates” mode (and who did not recruit your affiliate). It does not hide competitors who use “All Affiliates” mode — those remain visible, because the platform does not force a one-vendor-per-affiliate lock.

Do existing affiliates automatically become mine?
No. Only affiliates who register through your invite link are attached to you. Affiliates who were already on the platform stay as they were.

My dashboard doesn’t show the “Invite People to Become Affiliates” link — why?
The row is only displayed when the platform’s MLM referral system is enabled. Ask the Admin to enable it from Admin → Marketing → MLM (status set to Enabled). You also need Vendor Status on your account.
