Yes, we support Big Commerce

You can track affiliate sales from your Big Commerce store using the Website (JS Pixel) integration. Follow the steps below.

Step 1 — Create a program

1. Go to Marketing → Programs.
2. Create a new program with your commission rules.

Step 2 — Create a campaign

1. Go to Marketing → Campaigns.
2. Click Create New on any campaign type card.

Step 3 — Configure the campaign

1. In the General Settings tab, enter the Campaign Name.
2. Set Tool Type to Sale Integration.
3. Select your Program and Big Commerce from the Integration Plugin dropdown.
4. Add the Campaign Target Link (your Big Commerce store).

Step 4 — Choose Website (JS Pixel)

1. Click the Integration Setup tab.
2. Under Choose Your Integration Method, select Website (JS Pixel).

Step 5 — Save and view the code

1. Click Save (stays on the form).
2. Click View Integration Code or Get Code. A popup opens with the Big Commerce script code and placement instructions.

What the popup shows — Big Commerce Script Manager

The popup says: Integrate affiliate script into Big Commerce. Install our "Affiliate Pro" module in to your store.

1. Log into your Big Commerce dashboard.
2. From The Left Side Panel Open Store Front -> Script Manager.
3. Create a new Script:
   • Name of script: Affiliate Script
   • Description: Affiliate Tracking Code
   • Location on page: footer
   • Select pages where script will be added: All pages
   • Script type: Script
   • Script contents: — Paste the code from the popup.
4. Create a new Script:
   • Name of script: Affiliate Script
   • Description: Affiliate Tracking Link
   • Location on page: Head
   • Select pages where script will be added: All pages
   • Script type: URL
   • Load method: Default
   • Script URL: — Enter the URL from the popup.
5. congratulations you have successfully installed Affiliate Pro.
