What Are Sales Funnels?
Sales Funnels let you create sequential upsell flows. After a customer buys a frontend product, they see upsell offers on the thank-you page. Each upsell is shown in order until the customer buys or declines all.
Where You Configure It
Sales Funnels is reached from the Store nav bar or the Sales Funnels banner on the Store Dashboard.
How to Get There
- Click Marketing → Store.
- Click Sales Funnels in the Store nav bar, or click Manage Sales Funnels in the purple Sales Funnels banner on the dashboard.
Key Dependency
You must have Sales Products before configuring funnels. If no sales products exist, a warning appears: “No sales products found. Create some sales products first to configure funnels.” Go to Store → Sales Products and add products there first.
Configure Funnel Section
On the left:
- Frontend Product (Initial Purchase) – Dropdown to select the product customers buy first. Options show product name, price, and SKU.
- Available Products (Click to Add as Upsell) – List of sales products. Click a product to add it to the upsell sequence.
- Save Funnel Configuration – Button to save the funnel.
Upsell Sequence Flow
On the right, a preview shows the funnel: Frontend Product (step 1) and each upsell (step 2, 3, …). You can remove upsells with the X button. The frontend product cannot be added as its own upsell.
How It Works (Explainer)
- Customer buys Frontend Product – Initial purchase that starts the funnel.
- Thank you page shows First Upsell – Customer sees the first upsell offer with exclusive pricing.
- Customer buys or declines – If they buy, it is added to their order. If they decline, the next upsell is shown.
- Process continues for all upsells – Each upsell is shown in sequence until all are presented.
Current Funnel Configurations Table
Below the form, a table lists saved funnels:
- Frontend Product – Product name, price, SKU
- Upsell Sequence – Ordered list of upsell products
- Actions – Edit button to load a funnel into the form above
Saving
Click Save Funnel Configuration to save. The page reloads after a successful save.
