Affiliate theme & login pages
Choose the affiliate login and register theme, and turn optional content blocks on or off. Open it from the admin menu: Settings → Affiliate Theme.

Affiliate Theme — open the Themes page and use the controls
Open the Themes page from Settings → Affiliate Theme, activate a theme, preview it, edit supported theme text, and open Customize Content for the login blocks.
