What is Brand Settings?
Brand Settings controls the brands functionality of the plugin. When the Brands module is enabled, imported products are tagged with their Amazon brand name, which you can display on product pages and use for filtering. It also includes display options, custom CSS overrides, brand statistics, and SEO tools for brand pages.
How to get there
- In the plugin top menu, click Settings.
- In the dropdown, click Brand Settings.
The page shows a card titled Brand Settings with five tabs across the top.
Tabs overview
Module Activation
The first tab. Contains the main Enable Brands Module toggle. Turn it on to activate brands functionality across your site. When off, all brand-related features are hidden from the frontend.
Use the Fix Counts button (top-right of the page) to recalculate product counts per brand if the numbers appear incorrect after bulk imports or deletions.
Display Options
Controls how brands are shown on product pages and archive pages. Options here let you choose where the brand name or logo appears (e.g. above title, below title, in product meta), and how brand archive pages are laid out.
Custom CSS
Add custom CSS rules that apply specifically to brand-related elements on your site. Useful for styling brand badges, brand archive headers, or brand logos to match your theme without editing theme files.
Statistics
Shows brand-level data — how many products belong to each brand, which brands are most used, etc. Use Fix Counts from the page header if the statistics look outdated.
SEO Tools
Tools for optimizing brand archive pages for search engines. Options may include meta description templates for brand pages, brand page title formats, and schema markup settings for brand data.
Saving changes
Each tab shares the same form. After making changes on any tab, click Save (or the save button at the bottom of the tab) to apply. The plugin saves all tab data together, so switching tabs before saving will keep your unsaved changes until you navigate away.
