Admin: Store Clients

What Are Store Clients?

Store Clients are customers who have purchased from your store—either registered (Client) or guest checkout (Guest). The Clients page lets you view, search, filter, and manage them.

Where You Manage Them

Clients are at Marketing → Store → Clients (or via the Clients & Guests card in the Store Management Hub).

How to Get There

  1. Click MarketingStore.
  2. Click Clients in the Store nav bar (or the Clients & Guests card in the hub).

Page Header

The header shows Clients Management and Manage store clients. Buttons: Refresh, Export, and Add Client.

Stats Summary

Four summary cards show:

  • Total Clients
  • Active Clients (clients with orders)
  • Total Sales
  • Avg Order Value

Filter Bar

Under Filters & Search:

  • Search Clients – Search by name, email, or phone
  • Client Type – All Types, Client, or Guest
  • Country – All Countries or a specific country
  • Sort By – Newest First, Oldest First, Name A–Z, Highest Sales
  • Clear – Reset filters

Table Columns

The clients table shows:

  • ID
  • Client (name and username)
  • Contact (email, phone)
  • Referrer (or Direct)
  • Sales (amount and order count)
  • Type (Client or Guest badge)
  • Actions

Row Actions

  • View Details (info icon) – Opens Client Details modal
  • View Shipping Details (truck icon) – Opens Shipping Details modal (address, city, postal code, country, state, phone)
  • Edit (pencil icon) – Opens the client edit form
  • Delete (trash icon) – Deletes the client (with confirmation)

Client Details Modal

Shows full client information. Footer has Close and Edit Client (links to the edit form).

Shipping Details Modal

Shows Address, City, Postal Code, Country, State, and Phone. Use it to view a client’s shipping address.

Per Page

Dropdown to show 25, 50, or 100 clients per page.

Empty State

If no clients exist: No clients found, Add First Client button.

Use the Type filter to see only Guests (one-time buyers) or only Clients (registered users). Sort by Highest Sales to find your best customers.

Deleting a client removes their account and data. Use with caution.
