Where Templates Are Listed
Go to Settings → Email Templates (top horizontal menu). The Mail Templates page shows all templates grouped by category. Use the filter tabs to show only templates in a specific category.
Template Categories
Categories and examples of templates in each:
- User & Account — Forget password, registration (new user request/approved/declined), user level changed, API registration mail.
- Subscriptions — Subscription purchase, subscription expiring, subscription status change.
- Withdrawals — Withdrawal status change.
- Wallet — Wallet hold notification.
- Vendor Deposits — New vendor deposit request, vendor deposit request updated.
- Vendor Products & Orders — Vendor product created, product status changes, order status complete, new order for vendor.
- Vendor Forms — Form created, form status changes.
- Vendor Ads — Ad created, ad status changes.
- Vendor Programs — Program created, program status changes, order on vendor program.
- Support & Tickets — Ticket created, ticket reply, ticket status change.
- Other Templates — Templates that do not fit the above categories.
Editing Templates
Each template card has an Edit button. Click it to open the Mail Editor where you can customize:
- Subject and body for User, Admin, and Client recipients (depending on which variants exist for that template).
- Use shortcodes for dynamic content.
You can also send a test email from the template card.
