The Affiliate Journey – From Registration to Earnings

Step 1: Registration

An affiliate visits your platform and fills in the registration form. Depending on your settings, one of two things happens:

  • Auto-approved — the affiliate can log in immediately after registering.
  • Pending approval — the registration is held until the Admin reviews and approves or declines it. The affiliate cannot log in until approved.

The Admin controls this in Settings → General Settings → Email under Approval for Registration.

Step 2: The Affiliate Dashboard

Once approved and logged in, the affiliate lands on their personal dashboard. The dashboard shows:

  • Their current wallet balance and earnings breakdown.
  • Today’s clicks, sales, and commissions.
  • Recent activity and performance trends.

Step 3: Getting a Tracking Link

The affiliate goes to Campaigns in their dashboard. Here they can see all available programs and integration tools. For each program they want to promote, they click Get Code to receive their personal tracking link or embed code.

The tracking link is unique to that affiliate. Any click or sale that comes through it is recorded against their account.

Step 4: Promoting

The affiliate shares their tracking link — on a website, blog, social media, email, or any other channel. When a visitor clicks the link:

  1. The system records the click and ties it to the affiliate’s account.
  2. If the visitor makes a purchase, the system records the sale as a conversion.
  3. The commission is calculated based on the program’s rules and added to the affiliate’s wallet.

Step 5: Earning Commissions

Commissions accumulate in the affiliate’s wallet. The wallet shows:

  • Click commissions — earned from tracked clicks.
  • Sale commissions — earned from referred purchases.
  • General click commissions — earned from general referral link clicks.
  • Action commissions — earned when a referred user completes a specific action.
  • Network commissions — if the affiliate has referred other affiliates to the platform, they may also earn a share of their referrals’ activity.

Step 6: Requesting a Withdrawal

When the wallet balance reaches the minimum withdrawal amount (set by the Admin), a Request Payout option becomes available. The affiliate fills in their payment details and submits the request. The Admin reviews it and either approves or declines the payout.

Affiliates can view the full history of their clicks, sales, commissions, and payout requests from their My Wallet page in their dashboard.
