Terms of Use & Refund Policy

1. Where licenses are sold

AffiliatePro SaaS, AMS – WooCommerce Amazon and AffiliatePro Mobile are sold exclusively through Envato Market (CodeCanyon). Your purchase is governed by the Envato Standard License (Regular or Extended) that you select at checkout. This page summarises how we apply those terms; where they differ, the Envato license and the Envato Market Refund Rules prevail.

2. What a license includes

  • Full, unencrypted source code for installation on a server you control (Regular License: one end product; Extended License: one end product that is sold to end users).
  • Free updates for as long as the item remains available on Envato Market.
  • 6 months of item support from the purchase date, extendable through Envato.

3. What a license does not include

  • Hosting, domain names, server administration or third-party service fees (Amazon, payment gateways, proxies, AI providers).
  • Custom development beyond the published feature set, unless ordered separately as a service.
  • Removal or modification of the license-verification code. Doing so terminates the license.

4. Refunds

Refunds are processed by Envato under the Envato Market Refund Rules. In short, a refund is available when the item is broken and cannot be fixed, is materially different from its description, or is not delivered; a refund is not available because you changed your mind, bought it by mistake, or lack the technical skills to use it. Every product has a public live demo and documentation — please test before buying. To request a refund, use the Request a refund button on your CodeCanyon download page; we review every request promptly and in good faith.

5. Support scope

Support covers questions about the item's features, help with defects and bugs, and guidance on included third-party assets. It does not cover installation on incompatible hosting, customisation, or general WordPress / server administration. Support is provided through the customer portal.

6. Demo accounts

Demo sites may be reset at any time and may be unavailable during maintenance. Do not enter real personal data in a demo.

7. Website use

Content on affiliatepro.org is provided as-is for information. Some links to third-party services (including hosting partners) are affiliate links and are marked as sponsored. Our privacy policy explains what data this site and our software handle.
