Where you work
These steps use the user panel (affiliate login area), not the admin panel.
1. Open Banners & Links (Market tools)
- Sign in as an affiliate so you see the user panel.
- In the top navigation bar, click My Business to open the dropdown.
- Under the dropdown section heading Links, click Banners & Links.
The page opens. The blue gradient header card shows the title Market tools and the subtitle line Search By Campaign (the search field placeholder begins with the same wording, followed by an ellipsis).
2. When a row is locked (what you see)
If an administrator set a minimum health score and you are below it, the interface shows a line in this pattern (numbers are filled in for you):
Requires a Health Score of [required] to unlock. Your current score: [current]
That matches the system string Requires a Health Score of %s to unlock. Your current score: %s.
Until you qualify, controls such as copy, codes, download, share, or similar actions may stay disabled, and the main link area may stay empty or show a placeholder.
If you try to change the friendly URL while still locked, the message is: You cannot change the friendly URL until promotion requirements are met.
3. If someone opens an old tracking URL in the browser
While you still do not meet the campaign rules, a visitor may see this exact text:
This promotion link is not active. The affiliate does not meet the campaign requirements (trust score or award level).
That is expected until your account meets the requirements and you copy a fresh link from Banners & Links after you qualify.
4. Vendors
If your account also has vendor features, the same Banners & Links page still applies when you promote as an affiliate. Administrators manage scores in the admin panel on Users → All Affiliates (Users List).
