Glossary: Your Trust score is the same value the administrator sees in the admin panel on Users → All Affiliates → Users List, in the table column titled Health (subtitle 0-100 index).
Where you work
These steps use the user panel (affiliate login area), not the admin panel.
1. Open Dashboard
- Sign in as an affiliate so you see the user panel.
- In the top navigation bar, click Dashboard (home icon). The browser tab title for this page is Dashboard.
2. Find the Your trust score card
On the dashboard, locate the card whose title is Your trust score.
3. What the card shows (exact labels)
- Your trust score — main card title.
- Under the title, the line reads: How your account ranks for quality and consistency (updated by the administrator).
- If no score exists yet, you see the message: Your score has not been calculated yet. It will appear here after the next admin recalculation.
- When a score exists, you see the numeric value and a badge that may read Strong standing, Fair standing, or Needs attention.
- Under the badges, the summary line reads exactly: Higher scores reflect better conversion, earnings, tenure, recent activity, minus fraud penalties.
- The information icon is labeled for accessibility as About your Trust Score. Its tooltip reads exactly: Your Trust Score is calculated based on conversion rate, account age, and activity quality. Maintain a high score to unlock premium campaigns and faster payout approvals.
Campaign minimums in the admin panel still apply separately. A campaign can require a higher score than you currently have even after your card shows a number.
