Where you work
Every step below is in the admin panel (administrator back office), not the affiliate user panel.
1. Open Users List
- In the admin panel top navigation bar, click Users.
- In the Users dropdown menu, click All Affiliates.
The page loads with a white card. The card title is Users List. Directly under the title, the subtitle reads Manage all your affiliates and their performance metrics. Below that is the search and filter card, then the affiliates table.
2. Filter the table by Health score
Inside the light gray search and filter card (the same card that contains Name, Email, and Groups):
- Find the dropdown labeled Health score (heartbeat icon).
- Choose one option. The list reloads automatically when you change this dropdown (you do not need a separate Search click for this field). The options are exactly:
- All scores
- High (80–100)
- Medium (50–79)
- Low (20–49)
- Critical (<20)
3. Recalculate health scores
Still on Users List, in the same filter card, look at the row below the horizontal divider:
- On the right side of that row you see the uppercase label Maintenance.
- Next to it, click the button Recalculate health scores (heartbeat icon).
Hover the button to read the tooltip. The tooltip text is exactly: Refreshes the Health column (0–100) for all affiliates using wallet totals, activity, account age, and fraud-block signals. Run after database upgrades or if scores look stale.
When you click:
- A short status line appears beside the button. While the request runs, it shows Recalculating…
- When the server responds, that line turns green or red and shows the server message (or a short success or error phrase). On success, the table reloads so you see updated values.
- If the request cannot complete, you see Request failed. Please try again.
4. Read the Health column
In the affiliates table header, find the column whose main label is Health and whose second line is 0-100 index (digits with a hyphen, as on screen).
In each row under that column:
- If a score exists, you see a colored badge with one decimal place (for example 72.5). Hover the badge: the tooltip title is Affiliate health score (0–100).
- If no score was calculated yet, you see a light badge with the text Not calculated (same tooltip title on hover).
5. Optional: Cron job for Affiliate health scores
To schedule the same kind of rebuild automatically (if your host supports cron):
- In the admin panel top navigation bar, click Settings.
- In the Settings dropdown, find the section heading System.
- Under System, click Cron Job.
The screen opens with a blue header. The main title is Cron job. The line under it reads Manage scheduled tasks and automated processes.
Scroll the grid of cron cards until you find the card whose title is Affiliate health scores. The description under the title is: Rebuilds the Health index (0–100) for every affiliate. Schedule daily or weekly if you use health badges in admin. Copy the command from that card into your host’s scheduler using the host’s own documentation.
