How to open MLM Levels
- In the top navigation bar, click Marketing.
- From the dropdown, click MLM.
- On the MLM Settings page, click the Levels button in the top-right corner.
Step 1 — Set the number of levels
Use the Refer Level slider to choose how many levels deep the MLM chain goes. You can set between 1 and 20 levels. The table below the slider updates immediately to show one row per level.
Use Set Smart Defaults to auto-fill all levels with progressive commission rates (Level 1: 10%, Level 2: 8%, Level 3: 6%, and so on). You can adjust any value afterwards.
Step 2 — Configure commission rates per level
Each level row has the following columns:

| CPR | Cost Per Registration | Commission paid when a new affiliate registers via a referred affiliate’s link. Commission type is selected in the column header: Disabled, Percentage of membership fee, Custom percentage amount, or Fixed amount. |
| CPS | Cost Per Sale | Commission paid on each sale generated by a referred affiliate. Type (percentage or fixed) is selected in the column header and applies to all levels. |
| Clicks count | Click threshold | Number of clicks required before a CPC commission is triggered at that level. |
| CPC | Cost Per Click | Fixed amount paid per qualifying click event from a referred affiliate’s campaigns. |
| CPA | Cost Per Action | Fixed amount paid when a referred affiliate’s campaign records a custom action conversion. |
Set any value to 0 to disable that commission type for a specific level without removing the level from the chain.
Step 3 — Store module fixed commission mode
At the bottom of the levels page there is an additional setting for the Store module:

| Per Order (once) | Fixed CPS commission is calculated once per order, regardless of how many products or what quantity was purchased. |
| Per Product (multiply by quantity) | Fixed CPS commission is multiplied by the total quantity of products in the order. |
This setting applies to both direct affiliate commissions and MLM level commissions when using fixed amounts.
Step 4 — Save
Click Save Settings. The new level configuration takes effect immediately for all future commission events across all campaigns.
