How to open MLM Settings
- In the top navigation bar, click Marketing.
- From the dropdown, click MLM.
This opens the MLM Settings page. From here you can also switch to the Levels page using the button in the top-right corner.
The MLM menu item only appears after the MLM Admin module has been enabled from Settings → Add-Ons.
Status — who MLM is active for
The Status section controls which users have MLM referral commissions applied to them. Select one of three options:

|---|---|
| Enable for All Users | MLM commissions are calculated and distributed for every affiliate in the network. |
| Disable for All Users | MLM commissions are completely off. No upline commissions are paid to anyone. |
| Disable Only for Selected Users | MLM remains active globally, but specific users you select from the list will not participate in the MLM chain — they will not pass commissions up to their upline. |
Commission Settings — payout mode
For each commission type, choose whether the MLM referral commission is held for review or credited directly to the upline affiliate’s wallet.

Sponsor display
The Show Sponsor setting controls what affiliates see when they look at their upline or sponsor information in their panel.

| Show Admin As Sponsor | The admin’s name (or the Sponsor Name you enter below) is shown as the sponsor for all affiliates. |
| Not Show | No sponsor information is displayed to affiliates. |
| Real Sponsor | The actual referring affiliate’s name is shown as the sponsor. |
If you choose Show Admin As Sponsor, you can set a custom name in the Sponsor Name field below the dropdown.
Save
Click Save Settings when done. Changes take effect immediately for all future commission events.
