Reset All Script Data

What Reset All Script Data Does

This action erases all data in your database and resets the application to a clean state. It is the most dangerous option on the Backup panel. Use it only when you want to start completely fresh (e.g. after testing, before a demo, or before a clean reinstall).

What gets deleted: Users, orders, commissions, products, settings, and all other application data. The code/script files are not deleted; only the database content is wiped.

Step-by-Step: Reset All Script Data

  1. In the top navigation bar, click Settings.
  2. In the dropdown that opens, click Add-Ons.
  3. On the Add-Ons page, scroll to the System Settings section.
  4. Find the Backups card and click Go to Module.
  5. On the Backup Panel page, look at the top-right card labeled Reset All Data.
  6. Click the red button Reset All Script Data.
  7. A modal opens with a warning. Click Yes, Reset Data to continue.
  8. A second step appears asking for your admin password. Enter it and confirm.
  9. A final confirmation step appears. Click Erase All Data to proceed.
  10. When complete, you are automatically logged out. The page reloads and your session is destroyed. You must log in again.

Before You Reset

  • Create both a database backup and a script backup. You cannot undo this action.
  • Ensure no one else is using the system. All users will be removed.

Difference from Reset Commission Data

Reset Commission Data — Clears only commission-related data. Users and orders remain.

Reset All Script Data — Clears everything. Full wipe. You will be logged out.

This is irreversible. All data will be lost. Use only when you are certain. Create backups first.
