Reset Commission Data

What Reset Commission Data Does

This action erases all commission-related data from your database. It is irreversible. Use it when you need a clean slate for commissions, e.g. after testing, migrating to a new structure, or starting a new commission model.

Step-by-Step: Reset Commission Data

1. In the top navigation bar, click Settings.
2. In the dropdown that opens, click Add-Ons.
3. On the Add-Ons page, scroll to the System Settings section.
4. Find the Backups card and click Go to Module.
5. On the Backup Panel page, look at the top-right card labeled Reset All Data.
6. Click the orange button Reset Commission Data.
7. A modal opens with a warning. Click Yes, Reset Commission Data.
8. A second step appears asking for your admin password. Enter it and click confirm.
9. A final confirmation step appears. Click Erase All Commission Data to proceed.
10. When complete, a success message appears and the page reloads.

Before You Reset

• Create a database backup first. If you need to undo this, you can restore from that backup.
• Understand that all commission records, payouts, and related data will be removed.

User and Order Data

Reset Commission Data clears commission-related tables. It does not remove users, products, or orders. For a full data wipe, see Reset All Script Data.
