View Logs – when something goes wrong

When to use logs

If an import fails, the API returns errors, or something behaves unexpectedly, View Logs shows what the plugin recorded. The logs track product import verification and API responses.

How to get there

  1. In the plugin top menu, click Settings.
  2. Click View Logs.

Or from the dashboard: Quick ActionsAnalytics & Logs.

What you see

The page shows the Import Verification Logs card. You get a list of log entries. Use Filter by Level to show only All Levels, Success, Error, Warning, or Info. Pagination is available if there are many entries. Use the list to see success or error messages for imports and API calls.

Actions

Use the Actions dropdown to:

  • Export Logs — download the logs for support or backup.
  • Clear All Logs — remove all entries (you will be asked to confirm).

Logs are stored in the file import_verification.log in the plugin. If the file is missing or empty, nothing has been logged yet.
