Navigate to E-Commerce>>store setting>>shipping setting

You can select shipping to all world or shipping for custom countries

Simply choose the option of All Countries and press save. Now the store shipping is set to all world.

Simply choose the option of Custom Countries and start adding countries from the drop-down list.

you will need to choose the country name and set the value of the shipping rate. Press save at the end of the process.

you can add unlimited countries to your list.
