Setting a Commission as a Vendor to Affiliates
In order to set a commission rate for affiliates, it’s important to navigate to the appropriate settings in the affiliate panel. After setting the affiliate as a vendor, two vendor-related items will appear at the bottom of the left-hand menu.
Item 1: Vendor Market Place
- Navigation: Head over to the affiliate panel and scroll down to “Vendor Market Place” in the left-hand menu.
- Store Settings: Click on “Store Settings”.
- Set Commission: In this section, you can set the commission rates you’d like to offer affiliates for sales and clicks.
- Share Options: Choose if you want these commission settings to be shared with other affiliates.
- Save: Once you’re satisfied with the settings, save them to apply the commission rates.
Item 2: Vendor Market Tools – My Marketing Programs
- Navigation: In the left-hand menu, click on “Vendor Market Tools”.
- My Marketing Programs: Click on this to set up a new marketing program.
- Set Commission: Here, you can define the commission values that you want to share with the system’s affiliates.
- Save & Submit: Save the program. It will be automatically sent for admin review.
- Notifications: You will be notified by email and dashboard alerts regarding the admin’s review results.
Item 2: Vendor Market Tools – Admin Commission
- Edit Program: After your marketing program is set up, you’ll have the option to edit it.
- View Admin Commission: Here, you can view the commission percentage that the admin expects to earn from your program.
